About Mike
Mike brings an extensive background in scaling and evolving people-driven organizations from proof-of-concept to national rollouts while meeting the demands of fast-paced industries. During his 20 years at early-stage healthcare services companies, Mike led high-performing teams tackling complex challenges across the country.
Mike earned an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with Majors in Health Care Management and Entrepreneurial Management, and a BA in Economics from Princeton University. He accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, and is an EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner level. He is also a Certified Coach through the iNLP Center.
In addition to being a leader at several successful start-ups, Mike has competed on multiple national and world championship teams. He lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and two daughters.
